About

Reed Cagle always had a love for working with his hands. He loved taking things apart as a young boy to see how they worked. This curiosity led him to study engineering in college. After college, he worked in the mines, developing a unique way of working with precious metals. The procedure took the toxic substances out of the liquid and made them harmless. The juice was then safely separated from the metals. In 2011, Mr. Cagle joined the U.S. and South American mining industries. He bought a mining lease in Oregon with more than 89,000 ounces of gold.

He loves to work as a consultant in different fields. He has worked as a consultant for small and midsize independent oil and energy companies in his area, but he also enjoys working as a consultant for other businesses. Lately, he's been working as a consultant for a big landscaping company that serves East and Central Texas and his oil and gas clients.

Reed is a jack-of-all-trades. He loves being outside and enjoys activities such as hunting and fishing with a fly rod, riding his bike, and flying privately. Reed is vocal about the benefits of cycling for kids and adults - he often depends on himself!

Charles Reed Cagle is a friendly man who loves the outdoors. This makes him the perfect person to plan activities for the men's fellowship at his church. He is also a good golfer, with a handicap of four. He often plays golf with his son and pays for charity golf tournaments.

Mr. Cagle is the founder and head of the charity group Outreaches. The group is Christian but doesn't belong to any particular church. They want to help people live lives that are good for the spirit, self, and the environment. He has a passion for helping others and feels this is the best way to do it. He loves seeing people grow and change for the better because of his work with Outreach.

This group is fantastic! They work all over Colorado, Texas, and the world. They've given money and help to build homes, churches, schools, food centers, and medical facilities in South America. The Chip-In charity golf tournament is a major fundraiser for them - it's always a lot of fun!

Reed Cagle has been in the oil business for more than 35 years. He loves his family very much and has been mar for more than 30 years. His job as a consultant gives him a chance to work with companies in and out of the oil industry. Reed is a hard worker who always puts his clients first. He is passionate about helping others and takes great pride in his work.
